Due to the Corona virus we are all facing challenging times.

Also at Ocean Recruitment we have to adapt our way of working to the current situation. At this moment most (first) job interviews are conducted via video conferencing. We all look forward to the moment where we can walk into an office building again and have a face to face meeting.

The chemical industry is doing a good job and we are very proud of the way the industry is helping out at the moment. We also reflect on how Ocean Recruitment can contribute in this time.

We have noticed that job searchers and especially graduates or other starters are struggling in the current situation. They do not go through a “normal” application process or vacancies are put on hold. Ocean Recruitment wants to offer help to these candidates.
