PPA Assessment – DISC based
Thomas International has certified Ocean Recruitment for working with the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
The PPA is an assessment tool which provides an insight in the behavior of people and is based on DISC. In the process of recruitment this assessment tool has shown its value.
The Personal Profile Analysis is an online assessment which takes about 8 minutes. The initial report gives information on a person’s behavior, strengths and limitations, their communication style, their value to the business, what motivates them, their basic fears and how they behave under pressure. Besides the initial report it is also possible to generate additional reports, which put more focus on other competences like leadership or sales.
