Ocean Recruitment processes your personal data because you use our services, on the basis of a legal obligation or because you provide this information to us. We will not be able to execute assignments without this information.
  2. Ocean Recruitment does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example, an Ocean Recruitment employee) is involved.
